In our efforts to comply with the directives from our Governor along with The Stark County Health Department, we are operating by usingΒ a DAILY MAXIMUM CAPACITY.Β πŸ”†

Limiting the customer capacity helps in our efforts to comply with Ohio’s social distancing guidelines.
For your convenience, we are communicating the capacity status throughout each day via our FACEBOOK PAGE & OUR WEBSITE @ΒΒ We advise you to either plan to visit us at opening (11am) or, if coming later in the day, PLEASE check this every time BEFORE leaving home, in case we have already reached our mazimum capacity for the day.
What we are doing to ensure the safety of our guests:β›‘
-Temperature checks for employees.Β 

-We are asking guests to take personal responsibility and do their part to distance 6' from others who are not in the.Β 

-Masks are only required in Park Office or if you can't stay distanced from others. (Wearing a mask in the water is a safetly hazard, please do not wear a mask while swimming.)Β 

-Per the Governor, Shelter Rentals or large gatherings of 10 or more, are NOT permitted this season.
-Rentals (miniature golf clubs, tubes, paddleboats, gem mine sleuthing boxes, cornhole bags, volleyball, and basketball) are sanitized between each use.
-Log Rolls, we are asking for 3 people maximum on each barrel and 1 person on the waiting platform.

-For the Diving Stand area and Blue Tube Slide line, there should be at least 1 body spacing between people while waiting in line.

-Water Attraction signage indicates the maximum number of swimmers allowed along have visual cues for waiting.

****It is important to note that our lifeguards are working hard to keep swimmers safe by enforcing rules and lifeguarding swimmers, but when it comes to distancing, we are asking you the swimmer to take personal responsibility for your own safety and PLEASE contribute to the safety of others around you. ****

Our swimming lake water has 30,000 gallons of fresh well-water added to it per day.
The water is treated with chlorine (for bacteria) and copper sulfate along with aquashade (to prevent weed growth). The water is tested regularly by the Stark County Health Department.
