Picnic Rates for the 2008 Season
Planning a Family Reunion, Sunday School or Church picnic? Discover the joys of summer at Baylor Beach Park. Baylor Beach offers two different options from which to choose.
| OPTION #1 : Discounted pre-paid tickets / no shelter fee | |
| A minimum of 40 paid admissions is required to book a shelter. | |
| Tickets cost $5.50 each, includes shelter rental, and are good for 2008 season | |
| Daily gate fee will be charged for any admission purchased the day of the picnic. | |
| If you are not prepared to purchase 40 tickets today, a $50.00 deposit will hold your shelter until tickets are purchased (Before Picnic). | |
| Deposit is non-refundable, and will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation. | |
| Tickets must be purchased at least 2 weeks prior to outing. | |
| All tickets must be handed out before picnic. | |
| Tickets that are lost, stolen or have been left at a different location will not be honored. | |
| No one will be permitted to stand at the entrance to the park, admission office or on park premises to hand out tickets to their picnic guests (This includes anywhere that could be unsafe to guests or other patrons entering the park or that disrupts the operating procedures of the business). | |
| OPTION #2 : Pay daily admission fee & shelter rental | |
| The fee for shelter rental must be paid at the time of booking. | |
| Each patron will be charged general admission on the day of the event. | |
| The shelter rental fee is non-refundable, and will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation. See listing below for rental prices | |
