No loud music, profanity or obscenities will be tolerated. |

Disorderly conduct or destruction of property will not be tolerated. Violators will be prosecuted. |

No glass bottles allowed on beach. |

No pets allowed in water park, pets allowed at R.V. campsite only. |

Speed limit 10 mph. |

No bows, arrows, firearms or fireworks allowed. |

No charcoal fired table top grills permitted on picnic tables. |

No metal detectors. |
|
Proper swimming attire is required (No thongs or G-strings. No shorts, cut-offs, or baggy T-shirts allowed) All swimming attire must be above the knee. NO nude or partially nude sunbathing. |

Swim diapers required for infants & toddlers. |

Anyone leaving park must pay to re-enter, check at office for wristband. |

Do not leave small children or non-swimmers unattended. |
|
Non-swimmers may not use the diving boards or tube slide with or without the use of a life jacket or life preserver of any kind. |

In case of inclement weather, seek shelter in bath house. |

No refunds or rainchecks issued. |

Not responsible for loss of personal property. |

Management has right to refuse admission or remove persons from park. |
